Extracting characters

Hello,

How can i extract the characters for the below via VBA code and paste it in Range("A1")?

I need only the highlighted characters from the last equal sign.
Sometimes it is 6 characters,7characters and so on and so forth.

So for the below example, A1 should be xyz12345

/O=ABC/OU=North America/cn=Recipients/cn=xyz12345
