How would I make a macro to hide all columns except those with values "my column name 1, my column name 2, etc"?

So hide them if the column header is blank?

Hide them if the column header is blank, or contains any value other than one of the following: (name1,name2,name3,etc)
They aren't actually called name1,name2, I just need a template script I can use for all future projects needing this feature.
