Rows hidden from view
Hi - I am using Excel 2007. I am doing the annual accounts and saved my sheet ready to start again today. When I opened my saved sheet, I noticed that my first 44 rows are showing. However rows 45 onwards are not visible. My rows have jumped from 44 to 99 so I cant view my work entered on rows 45 onwards. How do I view rows 45 onwards.
Click on the rows 44 and 99 highlighting the entire row, then right click and click on "unhide" should do it.
Make contributors happy, click on the "* Add Reputation" as a way to say thank you.

Have you highlighted the entire rows, right click and clicked on 'Unhide'?

Your best route might be to upload it (if you can w/o sensitive / confidential data) so people can see what is going on.

Is there any potential that the row height got messed up? And you are highlighting the entire row, not just cells on either side?
I can't believe how helpful you are beingI've just highlighted and changed the row heights for the missing ones to mega big heights and guess what, you are brilliant. I can now correct the heights plus view and finish the accounts. I've got no idea how the heights became mega shrunk but thank you so much. I was dreading telling my boss that I would have to start the accounts all over again. You have saved me two full days work.
I'm having trouble trying to recreate it based on what you've written, but I can get close if I do something with freeze panes and unfreezing them changes that, and also if I try to use the Group function which can be countered by ungroup. Since you don't know what you did or how it happened, is it happening with any other spreadsheets?
