Is there any complete ebook that I can learn Excel functions & formulas? Or maybe the link that I can download the ebook from. ur comments are much appreciated. thanks!

Your post title refers to Learning Excel from Scratch and then you ask for link to Functions and Formulae? Which is it?
There are many helpful and useful guides on Excel (far too many to list). If you have no knowledge at all then it is far better to do at least a basic course so that you have a good grounding before you launch into formulae and functions. The online help for Excel is a good place to start.
