How to report real statistics in excel

I have managed to produce charts using the filter on excel for my survey results.

The problem that I am now faced with it how to report the REAL results for example:

The two groups I am comparing are male and female.

19 females replied to my survey and 6 males replied.

However, in percentage terms I cannot meaningfully compare the results with such a huge difference in respondents. ( I have attached an example).

Is there a function on excel that I can calculate these different percentages to make a sensible comparison. For example in the attached document it looks like 50% of males said that people should face disciplinary action and 32% of females picked this option. However with the responses being based on 6 males and 19 females I cannot say that more males than females selected this.

    Can anyone help please?

    Thank you
