Can't figure out how to graph 2 sets of data for each participant.

Create one X-Y SCATTER graph (with Smooth Lines and Markers) with the Average Movement Time (MT) on the Y axis and the Index of Difficulty (ID) on the X axis for each group member during STATION 1: PAPER BASED VERSION OF FITTS’ RECIPROCAL TAPPING TASK and STATION 4: PAPER BASED VERSION OF FITTS’ RECIPROCAL TAPPING TASK: WEIGHTED

ID stands for index of difficulty, the graph is supposed to indicate that as the index of difficulty increases (3) movement time increases and as it decreases (2) movement time decreases.

Thanks for your help, been fighting with this for 2 days and as you can see it looks messed up

The chart is fine. It is the ID #'s that are the problem (Too big compared to the fractions). Either delete the ID line from the chart or convert them into fractions like: .3, .2, etc

I can't delete the ID , they have to appear on the x axis. Instead of 1,2,3... It has to be 3,2,3,2 and I can't figure that part out. It works fine in a line graph but she specifically asked for xy scatter. Nobody in class can figure it out but one guy and he won't tell anybody how he did it

Thank you; however, that is a line graph not an xy scatter. Thank you though

Okay... Now, I selected the chart and change the chart type to xy scatter, see attached:
