Excel workbook is available in Read only need to remove the lock protection Password N/A.

I have an excel workbooks which is in Read Only.....I have tried saving the file under the SAVE AS with
a different name but continue to get the Protection lock requiring a password. I was not given the password to unlock the file. Please help.1
