    draging down excel formula

    Is there a way to let Excel know that I'm adding six to each cell, rather than it automatically adding one? for example i need to have a value of
    c1= b4
    c2= b37
    c3= b70 i.e Cn (where n is natural number) = B(4+(n*33)) )
    how can i do it??????????????
    Thanks a lot!
