Simple Formula Help - Sum with Concatenate?

Need to SUM some data in column DM on 'sheet2' - the row is based on a formula in a cell in 'sheet1'.

The formula in the cell in sheet1 calculates the start row and another cell calculate the end row, number of the data I need.

ie I need to SUM('sheet2' !DM386:'sheet2'DM409) (The row numbers are variable.....based on the value in sheet1 b1 and b2)


I tried this:

=SUM('sheet2'!DM&VALUE(D1),'sheet2'!DM&VALUE(D2))

and a concatenate version....
