    Excel logical_test

If any one can help I will be great appreciative. I have an IF formula. In my logical_test I am using not just one cell but 70 cells in the same colum. I can list each one with OR, but is there a quick list of not having to list each one possibly like a SUM?
    Thank you.

What are you trying to achieve with your formula?

    What's the criteria?

If you want to trigger the TRUE value if the range contains any "x" value, for example, try this

    =IF(COUNTIF(range,"x")>0,TRUE,FALSE)
    Audere est facere

    gtd627,

    Welcome to the forum!
It sounds like you're comparing 70 cells to the same logical test. If that is the case, you'll need to array-enter your formula with Ctrl+Shift+Enter and not just Enter. However, depending on what you want your formula to do, there may be a better option, such as Sumproduct, Sumif, Sumifs, Countif, Countifs, Index/Match, or more.
    Hope that helps,

    Thank you, everyone.
I used what everyone suggested and came out with =IF(COUNTIF(N$4:N$63,"Beth")," ","Beth")
which is what I was looking. Thanks again.
