Online learning materials

Hi can anyone suggest the best free online courses to teach Excel 2007 and basic VBA. Sorry I know there are lots of links on the website already in the sticky thread however I am looking for suggestions on which is considered the best and all together.

I have been working on a spreadsheet and teaching myself by scouring the internet and asking questions on this Forum which is great, I am proud of what I have produced so far however I realise I am doing things a bit all over the place. When I first started the most I could do is open a spreadsheet made by someone else and input data. Now I can build a basic spreadsheet using formula and even small bits of code. I cannot afford at present to take night classes or buy big expensive books so if anyone knows of any free courses on line I would be grateful.

I would like a course that explains what things are and why we use them rather than just 'To do this enter this'
