    Post Fixed Cell Protection

I am working on an Excel Sheet. There are many value Data which are important & also using formula. But, I want: -
    (1) some cell (which contain formula) "protect".
    (2) User only see the cells/Column but, can not edit or work in the fixed cell.
    (3) Other cell user can put Data or Info. there.

    How it's possible?

    Hi Rif,

If you select the "Protect Sheet" with or without password, it will by default protect your entire worksheet. This will take care of points (1) and (2).
Protect sheet option is available under tools in 2003 and probably under Review in 2007 version.

For point 3, before "Protecting" the sheet, select the cell or cells that you want users to edit and right click, to select Format Cells option.
In the Format Cells Dialog, click on Protection and un-check the option "Locked". Click ok and exit and now protect the sheet as explained above.

This will fix what you need.
