I am a new user of excel and i have a data like: *16/01/70 07:34 PM
17/01/70 09:17 PM in 2 different cells. i want to calculate the time duration between these 2 dates. actually it is 25 hrs and 43 mts
when i use the formula= b2-b1 or what little i know, it says VALUE#
CAN YOU HELP ?

Subtract the two dates and format the result cell as [h]:mm
