change 1 to Yes and 0 to No

here is another simple Excel problem that i'm not sure how to do.. I have a spreadsheet and one column is all zeroes and ones. A zero means it is not a featured ad and i want the zero replaced with a NO and i want the one (1) replaced with a YES.
