score explanation in the neighbouring cell

    Hi guys,

I have one problem and I hope you could help me.
    I am using Excel 2007.
I am scoring some questionnaire and I am getting final score from which extends from 1 to 11. I would like apart from score to get in the neighbouring cell information which says: High if the score is 10 or 11; medium if the score is 7, 8 or 9; and low if score is 6 and below.

    Please help me with this!

    Regards!

    NP

    Hello,

    with the score in A1

    =LOOKUP(A1,{0,7,10},{"low","medium","high"})

You may be using German regional settings with the semicolon as the list separator. If so, replace the commas with semicolons, like this:

    =LOOKUP(A1;{0;7;10};{"low";"medium";"high"})

    cheers,
