I'm fairly new to excel and have been tasked with visualising some existing data.
Basically I have a line graph that plots a graph-set to give five years of information.
Each graph-set has a heading [Area Name] and two columns with 60 rows in each.
Column-1 is mmm/dd and Column-2 is a 3 figure number.
It's very simple to create a very nice line graph individually for each data-set.
What I would like is to have a machanism [form control/drop down etc etc, not sure if possible] so that the user can simply select from the graph which data-set heading [which is the geographic area name] they want and the chart will plot that range of mmm/dd and data according to that selection.
Sounds simple I know but for me I'm struggling getting to grips with Index or table... I've definitely gone as far as I can and need help now.
