Can't find the Toolbar menu

I need to set up a combobox and buttons, etc, but cannot find the Forms toolbar. There is no Toolbar option, which is supposed to be on the VIEW menu.

Someone please help - I am fairly new to Excel!

I don't know if I am using this forum correctly - you replied about the toolbar. Thank you kindly, but I eventually found it all in the "INSERT" menu!

Can you please elaborate? You wanted to activate the Forms toolbar, which in Excel 2003 (which you are using according to your profile information) is found in View > Toolbars > Forms.

What exactly in the Insert menu did you use to activate the Forms toolbar? There is nothing in the Excel 2003 Insert menu that has anything to do with Forms or the Forms toolbar. Please use a few more words to describe your solution, above "I found what I needed".
