Activate a list of data on selecting a cell value

Hi
I have a number of destinations in one column (say A) as a drop down list
England
India
France
Italy
Each of this destination has several cities under it
If I select one destination in the cell A1 through the drop down menu (say India), the next corresponding cell (B1) should be activated with another drop down list from where I can again select the the cities under it
India Kolkata
Delhi
Mumbai
Chennai
is that possible? can anybody help
