Something like countif ???

Total noob at excel!

I am managing a weed inspection program, and need a column to show reinspection dates of weed affected properties, based on initial inspection dates. That's easy. Problem is, that the reinspection date differs depending on who owns the land.

Owner Inspection date Reinspection date
PSC 5/08/2011
PSC 5/08/2011
Private 5/08/2011
Private 5/08/2011
PSC 5/08/2011
Private 5/08/2011
Crown 5/08/2011


If the owner is PSC, the reinspection date needs to be 30 days after the inspection date
if the owner is private, the reinspection needs to be 60 days after the inspection date
If the owner is Crown the reinspection date needs to 1 year after the inspection date


There are hundreds of these, so i am wondering if there is a formula to save me some time?
