Although I am not advanced, you will need a complicated macro or use text to column (use comma as separator) for both A2 and B2 (store in different sheets)

Then do vlookup for each word in A2 with the B2 table. The restriction in this and macro (although doable) is checking backwards; whether B2 exists in A2
