What is wrong with this formula?

I don't know if the format is incorrect, obviously it is, but whether or not it's parenthesis or what, I have no idea. It's driving me crazy. Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks.

You have a random "=" in the middle of the formula. Plus an extra parenthesis at the end, but Excel would auto-correct that.
