Quartile Across Multiple sheets Given Criteria

Hi,

I need to find the quartile for a set of values which are located in the same cell across 130 sheets that meet one criteria.

For example. I need to find the upper quartile of all numbers located in cell C456 from Sheet1:Sheet130.
However, the value from cell C456 from a particular sheet will only be included if cell BI456 contains a 1.
