Automatically adjusting table

Hello,
I'm not sure what it is that I am attempting to do, so my apologies if it has already been solved elsewhere. My goal is, *refers to picture* to be able to change the year, interest, etc. and have the table automatically adjust to show a withdrawal schedule down to a balance = 0. So if my guy wants to withdraw from his account for 20 years starting today (beginning of the year, my year column with go from 0 -19.

Any help would be appreciated.
