    Vlookup with duplicates

    Hello,

I am trying to do a vlookup to extract a description from a table, but it always gaves me the first result (it can has duplicated entries).

I have attached an example with explanations of what I am trying to do. I am not sure if it is possible to do it automatically...

Thank you so much in advance.
