this helps! Thank you! However I wonder whether anyone knows if it is possible to jump down to the end of the adjacent column. Pressing Shift + Page Down takes me to long to go to the end of the column to the left. If I use Shift + End + Down then I jump to far... I need something in between?

Anyone?
