highlighting rows

hello all

i am having problem whenever i highlight a row or a column or if i search for any value
the selected cells they don't show any color and i am not able to recognize if the cells are highlighted or not , anything can be done to make my higlighed cells show a different color ?
( i got ver 2007)

Is there a problem with programmes other than Excel?

Try Control Panel > Change Color Scheme
or
Try adjusting your monitor settings, often they are badly set up, especially in a multi-user environment.
