Formula for Conditional Formatting

Hello again,

Not sure if this is feasible, but here is what I want to do.
Cell B is conditionally formatted to turn red when the date in the cell is two days ahead, otherwise it is green (thanks to help on an earlier thread!). When there is text in cell F, I want cell B to turn black.

Can I do this?
