Dragging values from a column to a row

Hello all,
I am having trouble copying data from one workbook into another workbook. I entered the first cell, but when I try to drag it across to autofill the remaining data, it simply returns a zero amount. It fills when i drag it down, but i need it to fill when i drag across the row.
Attached is an example of my problem.

Please assist me ith this one guys.
