Match text in mulitple cells and display result

I am new to the forum and hopefully I can explain myself in a way everyone can understand.

Based on what I select in the drop down box of cells H2 and H3 (see attached sheet: TensionToGain.xls), I need cell F13 to show matching data from Cells E8:G:11.

So every time I select a different option in the drop down box, cell F13 should show the matching values.

I don't have an idea what formula to use. I have a look at VLOOKUP, MATCH, SEARCH, but with no avail.

I also know that this would be a challenge for the guys on this forum, or NOT?
