About LinkBacksin my google docs spreadsheet, I used percentages, like 99%. When I download the file to xls and open it in Excel, I see for example 0,99. How to make Excel opening this file without such changes?

You need to change the format of the cell that it's downloaded into - to 'Percentage'

click the % icon on the home ribbon.
