Paying date

Dear sir,with best regards,in attached file how can i modify the formula in column (g) to accept two conditions ,condition (1) for (A,B,C) agents ( paying date after 45 days), and condition(2) for agents (D,E) ( paying date after 35 days ) from the date of the invoice.
