Why are things moving around?

I am setting up a data base and things like comments or links will be all the sudden accociated with the wrong cell. I not sure if when I delete a row if that jumbles things up or what is causing this to happen. Anyone help me on this?

Could be either deleting or adding columns hard to say with out the code

but when I delete a row, how does that effect cells that are above and below? Is that not the point of being able to delete a row?

OK I will try again. In one column I insert a coment that applies to that particular row. Everything seems to work fine. The next time I open the workbook, the inserted comments do not corrospond to the row that they (comments) were initially reffered to. I am not sure if this is caused by deleting rows whilst I am working on the workbook or something else.
