    Togglebutton

    Hi,

This is the first time i am ever using excel and i a m trying to create a spreadsheet for work. I have created a basic toggle button that does nothing, no macros no links or anything, but i was wondering if there is anyway so that when the button is depressed it changes colour from say red to green instead of mixing the colour with grey, simply to show it is complete.

Also curious how to create a button that will automatically sort a column alphabetically without using the sort button, or if its possible that once a data field is filled in, the sheet automatically sorts them alphabetically.

Any help would be most appreciated
