try this formula
=INDEX($A$1:$G$3000,(ROW()-1)*2+(COLUMN()>11)+1,COLUMN()-8-(2*(COLUMN()>11)))
place in cell I1, copy across to cell Q1
then copy I1:Q1 down as far as you need!
you can then cut and paste special / Values to where you want the data!
