Changing Cell Colours

Good Day All,

I would like to know, is there any way for excel to change cell's colour automatically according to different inputs ? I need it for balance sheet to differentiate between a positive value and a negative value. I can do it manually if there are only few inputs but it becomes troublesome when there are hundreds of data.

example:
A B
1 Steve 5000 --> Would like B1 to be changed to blue colour.
2 John -5000 --> Would like B2 to be changed into green colour.

So basically i would like the cell to change its color to blue whenever i enter a positive value and green when i enter a negative value.
