I woul like a cell with the symbol of check for create a checking list in excel.

how can i do and format a cell ?

I would like to get a template with this options and add my list. I only need to select o deselect the items.

Perhaps with checkboxes it's not possible. For me is indifferent. What I need is know with any mark. A number . True. False, anyway.
But faster and with only one hand.
By example, a number and the enter key.
If a number whe line is made, is the enter key the line is not made.

For me is enough to put a X in the cell or any character to indicate is done. But I would like to put the character and goes inmediately to the next row. And if I press enter then leaves the cell blank or equal and goes next.

How can I do that ?

In my system if I put "1" in a cell don't go to the next one.
I need the enter key too. I woul like to put "1" and go to the next cell.
