creating a filename based on the cells

I’m a newbee. A little help needed here..
I have a table soalan.xls. From the table, I want to link a txt file directly from a cell.
I’ve figured out how to do the linking but the problem is to create the name of the file.The file name should be like this.

PBQ2TNH_ER_SETUP_TraceView_20090601_083520AM.txt

The name file generated is based on the column A,E and H.

I used a formula

=A:A&"_"&E:E&"_TraceView_"&H:H&".txt"

at column O because I want the filename to be there.

The name I got is PBQ2TNH_ER_Setup_Test_TraceView_39965.3578703704.txt

Can u help me solve this? Please let me know if the data is not enough.
