    Password protecting a worksheet

Okay, I admit it, I did something stupid. I put a password protection on one of my worksheets, and now I need to make changes and it won't let me. I am using 2007, and I cannot remember my password. Is there any other way around the password, other than copying and pasting into a new worksheet. I do not want to loose all of my conditional formatting.
