EXCEL 2007 - csv number rounded on save

I have a csv file in which one field has the number -196569314.23.

The number displays as -196569314.2 if I select the field it I see -196569314.23 (with the 3 centes).

HOWEVER, if I save the file the field will be changed to -196569314.2 , losing the 3 cents.

    Any fix for this??

    Thank you

Format the cell as number with 2 decimal places. This works when saving as CSV

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.

    Hi Russ,

    One other suggestion:

Check the setting for precision by clicking the Excel "orb", then Excel Options -> Advanced -> 'When Calculating this workbook' section -> 'Set precision as displayed'. If that's checked, try un-checking it.
