copying template / adding data automatically / searching individually

Hello,

I am trying to compile a spread sheet for my mother but have little knowledge on how to get it to do what she wants.

I have the basic template sorted but she wants a couple of other funtions out of it.

1) she wants the template to be copyable over to a new tab any number of times

2) for the correct date at the time of copying to be shown on the new sheets

3) she also wants to be able seperate the coumns and to search through them individually.

any way i think thats it, it sounds kind of basic i guess compared to some of the things you can do on excel. Ive searched through the board and not found any thing similar (as i dont really know what to search i suspect).

my programming skills are nill but hopefully there will be an easy way to sort the problems.

ok sure thing, what shall i title to? bearing in mind i dont really know what im talking about. i read the rules as a matter of fact but assumed i was meant to post it and change it after you told me no?

Then a title like: Autocopying templates to new tabs with date stamp and search through columns
