I have a workbook (Excel 2007) which has a sheet (#2) to display columns Date, Company, $amount, progressively, with totals.
I would like to add, as sheet #1, an 'entry' screen (box?), to enter the date, Company and $amount, and have it automatically transfer that information to the next empty row in sheet #2. Then the 'entry' box would be empty, awaiting the next entry.
I can handle the manipulation of that data on sheet #2, I just want to enter the data values (eg company & dividends) without the clutter of sheet #2 and without having to manually go to the next empty cell in a column.
I have not yet tried writing any VBA. Maybe someone can get me started on the above project. I found this forum by accident, and it just might be a great help! Thank you.:)
