    Unhappy ranking employees by seniority date

    Hello,
    I am trying to rank employees by seniority date in column A with dates that I have entered in column I. The employees are grouped by their title. Some employees may have the same seniority date. I would like them to share the same ranking number. I tried using the Rank function but I do not understand the function variables. Please help
