OR/IF/AND Funtions

I'm trying to "label" catergories and I think I should use a combo of these functions, but I'm not just not getting how they work.

Spreadsheet:
.....E/F
Row 29/Inbound ACD Calls/
Avg Inbound ACD Time/
Extn In Calls/
Avg Extn In Time/
Extn Out Calls/
Avg Extn Out Time/
External Extn Out Calls/
Avg External Extn Out Time/
repeating multiple times

what I want is to see in F is the text "Inbound" if E=Inbound ACD Calls,Extn In Calls, "Outbound" if E=Extn Out Calls,External Extn Out Calls, "Avg Inbound" if E=Avg Inbound ACD Time, Avg Extn In Time, and "Avg Outbound" if E="Avg Extn Out Time"

I don't think I'm using the functions in the correct nesting order, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you soooo much!! I was pretty close to figuring it out, but even better, I actually understand the function whoo hooie!

p.s. Mississauga huh? My friends and I were going to try to get up there for an IceDogs game when Patrick O'Sullivan played there, but we never did. But getting up to the Toronto area is definately on my list of things to do besides understanding Excel haha. Thanks again!
