polynomial formula

I am totally ignorant of EXCEL procedures, but I have a formula I would love to put into EXCEL format.

It is a complicated polynomial,and I have no idea where to start entering the necessary inputs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I use Office XP Pro. which contains EXCEL.

It would help a lot if you could post your formula here. Then someone can show you how it is translated and implemented into Excel.
