Converting from .txt to .csv (Formatting Issue)....

Hello,

Is it possible to convert a .txt file containing multi-words separated by commas into a .csv file with each word on a row?? I am using Excel 2002. See Example Below.

(I want to go from this) .txt
man, woman, computer, screen, speaker

(to this) .csv
man
woman
computer
screen
speaker
