Hiding Rows or Columns in a Pivot Table

I am sorry to ask what I am sure is a simple question.

I have created a pivot table of data. What I am trying to achieve is when row of information returns zero values, or no information, is it possible to hide that row e.g.

    Name Age *** Status

    Peter 45 Male Single
    Paul - - -
    John 27 Male Married
    Philip 36 Male Married

Is it possible to automatically hide the row for "Paul"

I have quite a large pivot table and or database and numerous lines have no results and I would like to hide them automatically

    Thanks in anticipation

Each button in the pivot table has an arrow that opens a drop down list of values with ticks beside them. Untick any zero or blank values.

If you attach a sample of your workbook it will be easier to find a solution. Remember to remove/replace sensitive data before uploading the file. Look here if you need help with attachments:
