sorting color filled rows

Hi there, can someone pls help? i have about 800+ rows in a sheet and here's my 2 queries:
- a huge number of rows (entire row)i color filled with orange to highlight them, now how do i sort them / group them together?
- how do i also sort some rows where i have colored a specific cell RED (just the cell not the whole row).
