Why not just edit the first date to 01/02/2007 and drag that down the column

Excel stores a date as a number so 1/1/07 = 39083 so you can't use find.

Not clear from your post what your doing. Maybe you could enter 1/1/07 in cell A1 then In B1 enter =A1+1 and drag across.

To change month just need to change A1 from 1/1/07 to 1/2/07

I have this monthly sheet and have about quite a lot of column using the date like 1-Jan to the end of the month, about 10 set of this, when I create another sheet for Feb, instead of retype all this, hope to use the Find & Replace to do all the change of Jan to Feb.

    Good to hear

Another way would have being to enter 31 in a blank cell then copy select say Jan dates then Right click > Paste special > add
