Delete oldest duplicates

I have a sheet that pulls data fr om a datebase. The data has duplicates in it. (history) I want delete old duplicates and keep the latest version.
I have attch. a sample if anyone can help.

Try this -

It will highlight all of the rows except the rows with the latest date in, you can then simply do Edit Delete.
