recognizing select text out of string

I have 2 wkbk's 1)calender with tab for each month & 2)list of names.

I need to be able to plug in name and text data in calender then have list of names wkbk JUST RECOGNIZE THE NAME and then automatically insert text data that followed that name from the calender. Also, I would like to know how to specify each month

I need it look like some varation of this if not exactly like it.
